Bob has more than 25 years progressively responsible experience heading up automotive dealer operations for a number of the major manufactures, cutting his teeth at the Volkswagen Group as a graduate and progressing through various operating and marketing roles developing an extensive understanding of the domestic and European automotive distribution industry.

He went on to manage network and sales growth doubling both for Inchcape Motors International - Daihatsu and Kia, and Renault Nissan Alliance, where he was responsible for developing dealer start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.

Among his significant previous positions and accomplishments, Bob served as Head of UK Business Management for Jaguar Land Rover UK, where he brought about the financial management integration for both brands, and developed the JLR 2018 dealer expansion strategy.
